• Application domain and application status.
• Uploaded profile photos, offer letters, and certificate files.
• Certificate verification details.

How we use information

We use information to create accounts, process applications, issue offer letters, issue certificates, provide dashboard access, and support certificate verification.

Storage providers

Sathtern uses Firebase for authentication/database services and Cloudinary for file uploads and delivery.

Public certificate verification

Certificate records may be publicly readable so institutions or recruiters can verify authenticity using a certificate ID.
